Bio
Richard has 8 years’ recruitment experience gained within the secretarial and support market, primarily within commerce & industry. His clients range from boutique start-ups to large corporate accounts.

He has built a strong reputation in the market for delivering a service which is tailored to each client and he never promises a service that he cannot deliver. He understands the candidates are just as important as the client, and therefore gains their trust and buy-in at an early stage of the recruitment process.

His recruitment success can be put down to the time he takes to understand his client’s needs, culture and ethos, and how he goes about being a brand ambassador for each one.

Richard is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) and holds REC Certification.

Bio
Corinne joined the HYF team in April 2017 after developing a recruitment career in Australia. Corinne joins us as an Executive Recruitment Assistant, with all the recruitment skills for both temporary and permanent candidates. Corinne is the first point of call for a number of clients and candidates. She also provides candidate resourcing, job advertising and runs a large payroll for the team. She is heavily involved in diary management and has a professional approach and attitude to all tasks she undertakes..
