The opportunity to work in a popular Creative Services department at a prestigious asset management organisation in the West End has just become available. Working within the Marketing Department with the Presentations Specialist, you will be responsible for producing exciting and compelling sales and marketing presentations and collateral.

Based in beautiful open plan offices in the West End, you will source and extract performance data from within the company and external resources and use this information to update presentations. Using Adobe Creative Suite you will also be responsible for creating business infographics and edits for the company to enhance all presentation materials.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Updating and maintaining sales and marketing presentations
  • Creating bespoke presentations for Sales
  • Managing the daily workflow for presentation requests, liaising with the team to ensure presentation deadlines are met
  • Sourcing performance data from internal and external sources
  • Liaising with Fund Managers and operations to source/update content whilst ensuring supporting data is accurately sourced and recorded
  • Proofing presentations and reviewing ways of visually enhancing content  
  • Constructing and amending presentation templates where appropriate
  • Producing infographics
  • Involvement in other Marketing activities and projects  as and when required

Key skills and requirements

  • 2-5 years’ presentations experience
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint (templates, formatting, importing and linking files). Must be able to edit linked data/charts from within PowerPoint. Must be able to animate.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, charting, formatting).
  • Industry knowledge of Word
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite for infographics, brochure amends, sending collateral to printers (bleeds etc), animated gifs
  • A thorough knowledge of public reporting requirements and of printing/publication processes
  • A proactive multi-tasker with a proven track-record of working in a similar environment
  • A positive team-player and willingness to share ideas
  • Clear communicator, ability to work well with key stakeholders and all levels of the company
