Presentations Marketing Coordinator


Full time - 9am – 6pm

West End, near Piccadilly Circus tube station

Salary: up to £50,000 + excellent benefits and bonus structure


Our client is a global private equity investment firm based in beautiful offices near Piccadilly Circus in the West End. Within this exciting new Presentations Marketing Coordinator position, you will be based in the Marketing Communications team, working closely with marketing and investor relations teams to generate and translate concepts into compelling presentations.


Within this position, you will mainly be using PowerPoint and Excel. Our client is looking for someone who can make the role their own and shape the Marketing and Presentation function for the London base of the business. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is an experienced and dynamic Presentations professional with a background in Marketing who is looking for the next step in their career within an organisation that is rapidly growing and really knows how to look after their staff.


Responsibilities of the role

  • Translating concepts compelling presentations
  • Liaising with team members in various locations, promoting the company through presentations to existing and potential clients
  • Managing the online library of presentation content
  • Ensuring presentations are completed and prepared on time, communicating key messages
  • Creating personalised content for the company’s key clients on a quarterly basis. 
  • Translating data from Excel into graphics such as pie charts, graphs etc using pre-existing guidelines.


Key skills required:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to translate concepts into concise, compelling presentations
  • Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
  • Project management experience, including managing priorities and adhering to deadlines
  • Strong sense of design and experience applying consistent graphic standards
  • An affinity for data and numbers, familiarity with financial terms and concepts
  • Ability to present a large volume of information in concise, easy to understand formats
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
