Referral form
This scheme will be operational from 1 January 2019.
1. The HYF Recruitment (Career Legal Limited) Referral Scheme is open and available to individuals who are registered with HYF Recruitment as candidates. (“the Referee”).
2. The scheme is limited to a referral of personal contacts.
3. The scheme excludes referred candidates currently registered with HYF Recruitment if HYF Recruitment have already received their details by any mean but have not yet entered them on the database.
4. The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to HYF Recruitment for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the General Data Protection Rules. The referee will indemnify HYF Recruitment for any loss or claim arising out of the referee's failure to procure such consent.
5. It is the referee's responsibility to contact their HYF Recruitment by writing to aareception@careerlegal.co.uk in order to claim their referral gift.
6. Candidates can only be referred to HYF Recruitment once. In the event that a candidate is referred to HYF Recruitment more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate to HYF Recruitment (with the referred person's permission) will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme.
7. Permanent employees working directly for HYF Recruitment are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
8. We accept referrals for the people who are eligible to work in the UK.
9. The referee agrees that HYF Recruitment will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the exercise of any of the vouchers in this scheme, and that the referee exercises such vouchers or experiences wholly at their own risk.
10. The referee is eligible to receive up to £250 voucher to spend with John Lewis if they refer a person who is placed in a permanent or fixed-term contract position by HYF Recruitment within a period of 12 weeks from a referral date and placement date following the completion of 12 weeks of employment with their new employer.
11. The referee is eligible to receive up to £50 voucher to spend with John Lewis if they refer a person who is placed in a temporary position by HYF Recruitment and successfully completes a minimum of 10 working days for HYF Recruitment.
12. In the event that HYF Recruitment is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated gift, then you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
